Greetings and welcome to the American Academy for Girls, We are a single female gender school. Our primary focus is to provide an educational experience based on the American style curriculum that promotes post secondary education. We prepare students to become actively involved in Kuwaiti and global issues.

ADMISSIONS

SCHOOL HOURS

Pre- kindergarten	7:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Kindergarten I. and II.	7:20 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Grades 1 – 12	Students should arrive at school between 7:00 and 7:20 a.m. until dismissal at 2:30.

September 06	Elementary, Middle and High Schools
September 08	Open House, Early Childhood Education
September 12	First Day KG2
September 14	First Day KG1 and Pre-Kindergarten
September 19	Open House (Elementary, Middle and High Schools) 5:30pm-7:30pm

Pre - Kindergarten	1100 KD
Kindergarten I	1700 KD
Kindergarten II	1980 KD
Grades 1 -5	2640 KD
Grades 6-8	2860 KD
Grades 9-12	3300 KD

Uniforms

Uniforms can be purchased from AAG Uniforms are pre-made, but fabric may be purchased for tailored uniforms.
Physical education uniforms for both summer and winter are also available at the school. Elementary girls are to wear the school's blouse with their jumper.
During the summer girls are to wear white socks and black shoes (Black Tennis shoes).
Winter uniforms should be worn with white tights or socks and black shoes.
The proper sweater to be worn with the uniform is our school sweater.

Lunch

Food services will be provided for all students. Although the canteen provides a large variety of items to choose from on a daily basis, students are strongly encouraged to bring a nutritious lunch from home.
